1. Choose your level of participation. A description of each level is listed below.
2. To pay online via PayPal, Venmo, credit card, or ACH transfer: use the online payment box below the description of golf opportunities, which will walk you through levels and payment, gathering necessary contact information along the way. Please consider covering the cost of fees, which will allow the full sponsorship amount to go toward the mission of the foundation.
3. To pay with a paper check: complete the sponsor form at the very bottom of the page. Once completed, mail your check made payable to “Uncommon Grit Foundation” to:
