Sponsorship

The Bay Frog Open will benefit Uncommon Grit Foundation, with a percentage of the funds staying local to Western Pennsylvania. Your sponsorship makes it possible for us to bring this event to the Erie area to raise awareness and funding for military, first responders, and their families.

Below are all of the sponsorship opportunities for the golf outing and for the one-mile swim.

TO GET STARTED AS A golf or swim SPONSOR

1. Choose your level of participation. A full description of each sponsorship is listed below. Golf sponsorships are listed first, followed by swim sponsorships.

2. To pay online via PayPal, Venmo, credit card, or ACH transfer, use the online payment box below the list of sponsor opportunites, which will walk you through levels and payment, gathering necessary contact information along the way. Please consider covering the cost of fees, which will allow the full sponsorship amount to go toward the mission of the foundation.

3. To pay with a paper check, complete the sponsor form at the very bottom of the page.

Uncommon Grit Sponsor - $12,000 (1 available)
