2026 Golf Foursomes

Thank you for registering for the Bay Frog Open golf outing!

We’ve received your registration form and will watch for your check to complete the purchase.

Your golf foursome or individual golf registration includes the dinner and auction on Sunday, July 19, and the full golf outing on Monday, July 20, including lunch, the Bloody Mary Bar, swag, and a post-golf dinner and awards program.

If your foursome includes a tee box sign and/or your logo on event signage, bayfrogopen.com, or social media, please send a vector art file in AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF, or SVG format to bearpaw@uncommongritfoundation.org.

What happens next:

Once we receive your check, our team will reach out to confirm:

  • Logo files (if your foursome includes logo placement)

  • We will also follow up closer to the event date with additional details, including timing, logistics, and anything else you’ll need for the day
